I’m Michel Ferreira. I’ve been designing digital products for nearly 30 years, through design agencies, Booking.com, Shopify and Atlassian, and today as a Designer Advocate at Figma.

I care about the whole product and how it gets made. Whether we’re asking the right question, how the pieces connect, how teams make decisions, and what eventually shows up on screen: the interaction, the type, the spacing, the pixels. The person using it may never see most of those decisions. They feel all of them.
